By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in activities organized by Atlanta Fitness Festival, including but not limited to fitness classes, workouts, competitions, demonstrations, media shoots, gym tours, and related events (collectively referred to as “Activities”).

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in fitness and wellness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to:

Muscle strains, sprains, or tears
Falls or equipment-related injuries
Dehydration or heat-related illness
Aggravation of pre-existing conditions
Serious injury, disability, or death

I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even if arising from the negligence of others.

Health Acknowledgment

I certify that:

I am physically able to participate in the Activities.
I have consulted a physician if I have any medical concerns.
I will stop participating immediately if I feel pain, discomfort, dizziness, or any abnormal symptoms.

Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless:

Atlanta Fitness Festival, its owners, directors, officers, employees, contractors, volunteers, sponsors, partners, venues, and affiliated organizations

from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action arising out of or related to:

Personal injury
Illness
Property damage
Loss
Death

that may occur as a result of my participation in the Activities, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

Media Release

I grant Atlanta Fitness Festival and its partners permission to:

Photograph
Film
Record
Use my likeness, voice, and image

for marketing, promotional, social media, and commercial purposes without compensation.

I waive any right to inspect or approve the final media.

Code of Conduct

I agree to:

Follow all instructions from event staff and trainers.
Use equipment safely and responsibly.
Act respectfully toward all participants, staff, and vendors.

I understand that failure to follow event rules may result in removal from the event without refund.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlanta Fitness Festival and its affiliates from any claims brought by third parties as a result of my actions during the event.

X3 Sports is serving solely as the Title Sponsor of this event. X3 Sports is not the producer, co-producer, promoter, operator, or manager of the event, regardless of any operational involvement, branding presence, staffing support, marketing assistance, or partnership participation.

All event production, logistics, safety protocols, vendor management, staffing, and operational decisions are the sole responsibility of the Event Producer.

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending this event, you acknowledge and agree that X3 Sports bears no responsibility or liability for event operations, participant conduct, vendor services, safety measures, scheduling changes, cancellations, or any claims arising from attendance or participation.

Your ticket purchase constitutes acceptance of these terms and all event policies, waivers, and standards set forth by the Event Producer.
